EVERWORKS’s Voice Delivery Gateway – the first and only one voice marketing platform in Malaysia. It enables you to broadcast interactive voice message instantly to hundreds of recipients while managing the entire process right at one centralized online platform. Possibilities of applying our voice gateway to your business are limitless and can be custom-designed for any specific industry. With just one click, EVERWORKS allows you to send alerts, reminders and invitations and even run multiple campaigns targeted at different interest groups. You can also conduct mass surveys and measure the response in real time now.

 

We provide our merchant the access to use the Text To Speech (TTS) feature that facilitate the creation of voice message by converting text based info, including names and account numbers, into speech

Our Call Detection feature provides automatic detection of live answer or voice mail that is important to streamline your voice blasting campaign, as well as to save your cost by escaping your message dropped to voice mail.

Call Transfer feature allows your recipient to response the voice message via touch tones, and route the call to a live operator or any phone number. For instance, press 1 and we will transfer the call to our sales representative.

Call branching feature allows your recipient to branch the voice mesage via touch tones. This feature is important to plan on your voice message flow that has different languages, and to segment the voice message.

With this feature, we allow your recipient to 'opt in' and 'opt out' from your voice campaign easily via touch tones. From marketing point view, this is important to filter and segment your customer database for marketing purpose.

Call Surveys feature allow our merchants to collect important data from the recipient by answering all recorded questions via touch tone.

Call Reporting feature provides connection reports that track delivery of messages, call length, touch tone responses and call routing.

• How do I sign up for a broadcast?
Within one business day of completing your Service Order Form (SOF), and you will receive your user ID and instructions on how to begin using the service.
• Will my list be sold or reused for other clients?
No. Confidentiality is assured. Please refer to our Privacy Policy here
• Which countries are supported?
At the moment, only destinations Malaysia (country code +60) and Singapore (country code +65) are supported by the system. As time goes by we will be adding more destinations to the list. If you wish to use the system in a destination not listed here, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service center and request the destinations you wish to call to so we can add them for your account.
• How much will I be charged by sending a 25 second length of voice message?
The charging block for voice message to the selected countries is calculated at 60 seconds per block.
• Does EVERWORKS offer volume discount?

• Does EVERWORKS provide lists or database?
We are positioning this service as gateway provider to deliver your voice message, but does not provide either the content, or the lists. There are many reputable providers of opt-in marketing lists.
• How does Voice Delivery Gateway work?

• How many voice messages can I record and save on the system?

To check your call records, log into our gateway merchant account with given username and password, and you will be able to access to all outgoing voice message sent under the reporting tool by selecting the ‘From’ and ‘To’ date from the calendar.
• How can I view my call records?

• How long do you keep user call history records?

• Do you have different calling rates depending on the time of day?
No, we offer the same low call rates regardless of the time or day you call.
