Within one business day of completing your Service Order Form (SOF), and you will
receive your user ID and instructions on how to begin using the service.

• Which countries are supported?
At the moment, only destinations Malaysia (country code +60) and Singapore (country
code +65) are supported by the system. As time goes by we will be adding more destinations
to the list. If you wish to use the system in a destination not listed here, please
do not hesitate to contact our customer service center and request the destinations
you wish to call to so we can add them for your account.
• How much will I be charged by sending a 25 second length of voice message?
The charging block for voice message to the selected countries is calculated at
60 seconds per block.
• Does EVERWORKS offer volume discount?

We are positioning this service as gateway provider to deliver your voice message,
but does not provide either the content, or the lists. There are many reputable
providers of opt-in marketing lists.

To check your call records, log into our gateway merchant account with given username
and password, and you will be able to access to all outgoing voice message sent
under the reporting tool by selecting the ‘From’ and ‘To’ date from the calendar.
