• Are there any hidden costs on the package?
There is no hidden cost apart from the initial (prepaid) mode of the SMS credit.
Also, we don’t practice any setup fee or monthly rental on our SMS gateway.
• Are there any minimum purchase requirement or monthly minimum usage?
First time purchase shall be at 3000 SMS credit and the validity is One year. The
following year, you are required to top-up to maintain the account.
• How good is EVERWORKS’ SMS gateway networks coverage?
This is a very specific question which basically network coverage is an important
factor you need to consider, as it is possible that an SMS gateway provider may
have difficulty in sending SMS messages. EVERWORKS cannot guarantee that all SMS
messages can be deliver on time to all mobile users as this is due to the fact that
an SMS message may be routed to other gateways not fully or directly controlled
by EVERWORKS. Do take note that, SMS messages may not reach mobile phone numbers
which have been ported between mobile operators (as what we known called MNP).
• Do you support Unicode message like Chinese?
Yes. For Unicode SMS, the maximum message length is 70 characters. You can always
select the SMS format – either Normal or Unicode format before sending your SMS.
• If my SMS exceeded 160 characters, will my customer receive 2 SMS?
No. Our SMS gateway is supported with long SMS or concatenate SMS feature. Therefore,
your customer will only receive one message but the message content has more than
160 characters. If a gateway do not support long SMS feature, your customer will
receive two (2) SMS that split message content into two (2) SMS.
• How much SMS credit to pay for one long SMS?
The minimum SMS credit is 2 in order to send a long SMS. For long SMS, we will deduct
10 characters in order to concatenate the following SMS. For example, you will have
300 characters to concatenate 2 SMS, and 450 characters to concatenate a 3 SMS.
Maximum concatenation is 4 SMS with 600 characters.
• Do you have any tool that allows me to upload thousand of my customer contact
into your web-based control panel?
Yes of course. After login to our control panel, you can select the feature of ‘Bulk
Upload’ under the 'Contact Management', and choice your contact file format such
as Microsoft Excel or Notepad format before uploading into our server.
• Will you disclose or sell our database to any third party provider?
We will never do this to any of our customers. To understand our Privacy Policy,

• How do I know my outgoing SMS delivered successfully?
We will provide our customer a delivery report to each every outgoing SMS to our
supportive operator. To check the status, you can retrieve these reports under our
SMS Logs feature.
• How long you keep our SMS logs?
We will keep your SMS logs for 1 month due to maintenance and support purpose. For
monitoring purpose, you can always download the logs under SMS Logs feature.
• Can I request for refund if the outgoing SMS status showed 'Undelivered',
'Rejected', 'Expired' and 'Unknown'?
No. We will not refund any SMS that has been sent to the respective operator. Due
every SMS that reached the operator will be a cost to us, hence it has become a
worldwide standard practice for all SMS provider. To minimize undelivered lost,
please ensure each SMS is sent with correct country code, operator prefix, and number
length.
• Can I assume that each outgoing SMS with the status of 'Delivered' considered
successful delivered to my customer’s mobile phone?
Technically, your assumption is correct. Each returned delivery status for each
outgoing SMS is generated by the operator, and only the local operator will able
to trace the sent SMS. As an aggregator, we will show you the status that returned
from the operator.
• What is your converge network?
Our current coverage included Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam,
and Hong Kong. As time goes by we will be adding more destinations to our coverage
network.
• Why EVERWORKS only has less coverage network than other provider?
We do only what we do the best! We at EVERWORKS are serious with our SLA and only
provide connectivity that we are good with. While a lot of SMS providers are promoting
more than 500 covered mobile operators worldwide or even covered countries like
Ghana, Gibraltar, Honduras, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Mali and many other unfamiliar countries.
A lot of these providers failed to keep their customer by over promise to such uncertain
coverage that is totally out of control.
• Do EVERWORKS provide API documentation and any sample code provided?
Yes, definitely we do provide updated API documentation to our client and it was
Free.
• Why do I need the API to send SMS?
Basically, not all the customers will need the API documentation to send SMS via
our SMS gateway. For your information, the API documentation is designed for our
customer who has programming knowledge or own programmer in house to integrate any
of their existing application such as ERP or CRM software with our SMS gateway.
Alternatively, those who has no any programming resources, they can still send their
SMS via our web-based control panel.
• Is your web-based control panel user-friendly?
Basically, our control panel is a web-based platform that allows clients to access
at anytime and anywhere. In general, functionality of our control panel included
check on the credit used or available, contact grouping, SMS reporting, account
management and a simple manual guide to assist client.
• Does EVERWORKS provide FREE SMS messages for testing?
Yes we do. Feel free to contact our sales department to register your free trial
account.
• Do EVERWORKS provide technical support services?
As mention briefly on the above questionnaires, yes we do provide technical supports
in both calls supports and gateway technical issues via emails which is the most
appropriate way of communication.
