• Firewall Protection
  • Your server and network are always protected by our hardware firewall against various types of attacks. After your network audit has done, our dedicated engineer will deploy the most compatible firewall policy to your network that examine all traffic routed to your servers and filter out all unwanted packets and protocol (e.g. HTTP, ftp or telnet) based on our inspection.

In the event of any network service disruption is detected, you will receive a notification regarding the failure. More than 3 monitoring servers have been installed in each of our datacenter in Malaysia and Hong Kong to intercross the each network’s availability status in more accuracy. In addition to monitoring your network, you can access to the real-time monitoring of your server's performance—which includes CPU usage, memory usage, and the average load.
