5. 240kVA Centralized UPS
Which lasts for at least 30 minutes. Kicks in immediately after failure of mean while waiting for the generator to start up.
6. Server racks
With standard size of 42U are available in all TM datacenters. There are also options for Customer who requires a shared-rack space and Pigeon Hole space.
7. Split unit type air-conditions
Ensure temperature of the datacenter remains low for a conducive environment. The air-conditioners are programmed to work in shifts to make sure it's not overheated and the room's temperature remains low.
8. FM200 gas-based fire suppression system
Is installed in all TM Datacenter to protect the servers from any fire occurence. Gas-type fire suppression system guarantees the server to be undamaged due to the supression system, unlike the water-based fire extinguisher which might damage the servrs in case there's fire.
9. Secured Card Access
Is installed at the entrace to the datacenter. Only authorized engineers have access to the datacenter. Any visits from the customers have to go through our NOC, who in turn will notify the authorized staffs on duty of the visit.
10. CCTV / Web camera
Is installed in all TM Datacenter for Security Web Surveillance. Surveillance is done by our Network Operation Center (NOC) staff and also can be done via web where it is accessible anywhere by our authorized engineer and staff.
