Terms and conditions For 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
- EVERWORKS 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to Server Hosting of Web & Email
hosting, and Mobile Hosting of SMS Payment Gateway only. It is valid for the first
30 days of subscription.
- Please note that due to the nature of the product, the 30 days money back guarantee
does not apply to domain name registrations, semi-dedicated, or managed/unmanaged
dedicated hosting services.
- Refund applies only to monthly or year fees, but included the setup fees (if any)
- The EVERWORKS Satisfaction Guarantee starts on the date the initial order was placed
and submitted to our billing department
- No refund on any additional or optional services or features added from the client.
- Each customer can only use the Satisfaction Guarantee once, and for only one account
- Any customer who has breached or whose account has been suspended or terminated
due to the breach of any part of the EVERWORKS Agreement will automatically be forfeited
the right to use the EVERWORKS Satisfaction Guarantee

If your server isn't available for the guaranteed amount of the time within a given
month, we will give you a pro-rated credit for the time. To know more about Service

Although we rarely have server issues that cause in downtime, but sometime we admit
that short lapses in service can happen. When there is downtime, you shouldn't have
to pay - which is why we have deployed our unique of 99.9% Uptime Guarantee. Many
hosting companies offer "uptime guarantees" but never mention what happens if they
don't meet the guaranteed uptime figure. We stand behind our network reliability
by offering you a pro-rated credit for any downtime outside of our guaranteed window.
Terms and Conditions For 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
- Please note that this guarantee is only applied to unscheduled outages. Occasional
planned server/network maintenance may be necessary, and we will notify our customers
via email before the planned maintenance is taking place. When notice is sent at
least two hours prior to service interruption, the outage does not qualify for our
uptime guarantee.
- Our uptime guarantee is only applied Datacenter hosting of Server Colocation and
Server Hosting product of Dedicated Server services.
- No credit refund on any additional or optional services added on top of the server
colocation and dedicated server hosting solution.
- Any customer who has breached or whose account has been suspended or terminated
due to the breach of any part of the EVERWORKS Agreement will automatically be forfeited
the right to use the Uptime Guarantee.

If you don't hear back from a technical support within six (6) hours, we will credit
your account.
We treat your business like ours. So, everyone in our technical support team is
dedicated to take every incoming support ticket seriously in anytime and anywhere
basic. To make we are serious on your problem, any technical support request that
is submitted to EVERWORKS’s Helpdesk support at
http://support.everworks.net is guaranteed to receive a
response within six (6) hours. Failure to receive any response via phone or email
within 6 hours, RM10 will be credited into your account per ticket per customer.
Please note that this does not mean that our average response time will takes six
(6) hours to response our customer’s email, but it’s on average estimation, as we
usually response within minutes. Contact our billing department to request a service
credit.

- Our 6 Hour Support Response Guarantee is only applied Datacenter hosting of Server
Colocation and Server Hosting product of Dedicated Server services.
- Calculation of your support hour is based on the submitted ticket time at our online
helpdesk system.
- Given service credit is not exchangeable to cash value, but to apply as your discount
credit for your next renewal or future purchase of any EVERWORKS products and services.
- Proof of responded email is determined and verified by our helpdesk system record
